Jaw Line

Goodmorning and happy Friday! Today's mini video will focus on toning your jaw line.




Steps:

  1. Place one hand on your shoulder

  2. Place your opposite hand over your head and touch your temple.

  3. Angle your head 45 degrees away from your hand on the shoulder.

  4. Angle your head slightly back till you can feel a stretch on the front side of your neck.

  5. Stick your tongue out in a point and try to touch your nose.

  6. Hold for 10 seconds.

  7. Repeat the opposite side.

  8. Repeat 2 more sets.


Try doing this jawline exercise 2 times a day for the next week. If you have any questions, please comment below. The more you do this facercise the better results you will see.
