Steps:
1)Open your mouth
2)Take your index and middle finger and massage outward from the top of your nose to your temples.
3)If you feel you are pulling on your skin too much you can always do this exercise once you apply a serum to have extra slip.
Try doing this exercise 2 times a day for the next week. If you have any questions, please comment below. The more you do this facercise the better results you will see.
