Tighten Neck

Steps:

1) Place both hand on your collar bone and slightly pull down.

2)Look up to the ceiling

3)Mouth the words Ah Ooo 10 times in a row.



Try doing this neck exercise 2 times a day for the next week. If you have any questions, please comment below. The more you do this facercise the better results you will see.
