Ironing Laugh Lines

Hello, happy Friday 🎉 Today is another facersice to help smooth out laugh lines.




Steps:

•Make both your hands into a fist. Place both fists on your chin.

•Blow air into your cheeks.

•Push all the air to one cheek then slowly let the air go into the other cheek.

•Try to pass the air 20 times


Try doing this laugh line exercise 2 times a day for the next week. If you have any questions, please comment below. The more you do this facercise the better results you will see.



When doing face exercises please listen to your body, if an exercise is too much or is causing pain please avoid doing them. Avoid If you have any recent surgeries or injuries.
