Fuller Cheeks

Goodmorning and happy Saturday! Today's mini video will focus on fuller and higher cheeks.



Steps:

•Suck in cheeks as much as possible.

•Slowly aim your lips to one side while keeping your cheeks sucked in.

•Slowly move to the other side

•Continue to repeat that movement for 10 seconds.


Try doing this cheek exercise 2 times a day for the next week. If you have any questions, please comment below. The more you do this facercise the better results you will see.



When doing face exercises please listen to your body, if an exercise is too much or is causing pain please avoid doing them. Avoid If you have any recent surgeries or injuries. While vacuum sucking in your cheeks avoid if you have a canker sore.
