Steps:
•Show your top 8 teeth.
•Place your upper teeth on bottom lip.
•Inside your mouth vacuum seal your tongue to the roof of your mouth.
•Lift your cheeks as high as you can and press your tongue to the roof of your mouth as high as you can.
•Relax your neck.
•Hold 10 Seconds
•Repeat one more time.
