Happy Friday! Today's mini video will focus on tightening your turkey neck.
Steps:
Place your hands on your shoulders.
Roll your shoulders back 3 times.
Try to touch your elbows behind your back.
Look up to the sky as far as you can go.
Stick your tongue out in a point and aim it to the sky.
Hold for 10 seconds.
Repeat 2 more times.
Try doing this neck exercise 2 times a day for the next week. If you have any questions, please comment below. The more you do this facercise the better results you will see.
